Check out what was included this month:
Meow Meow Tweet Lavender Deodorant Cream ($8)
Deodorant is such a tricky one, so I'm always excited to be able to test out new ones without a huge investment. I've heard really good things about Meow Meow Tweet's too, so I'm looking forward to this. I'll update you all once I've given it a good trial.
Trust Fund Beauty Just Call My Lawyer Nail Lacquer ($16)
I'm not sure how I feel about Trust Fund Beauty's branding (polishes intended to "bring out the inner rich bitch in everyone, no matter what your financial situation"), but their bottles are cute and the nail lacquers are 5-free. The company describes Just Call My Lawyer as a "dark brown with a hint of red," though it looks to me more like a straight up deep red/burgundy/oxblood metallic. I love dark polishes, so this color looks perfect.
Everyday Minerals All Smiles Matte Blush (Sample Value ±$5)
Everyday Minerals is a company that everyone speaks highly of, but I've never actually tried anything from them. All Smiles is a lovely peachy-pink/coral blush. It's matte, but it doesn't have any of that dreaded chalky look or feel. Peachy blushes are my favorite and I don't have many mattes, so again, this is a great fit for me.
Blissoma Pure Sensitive Skin Soothing Complex (Sample Value ±$13)
I've used a few products from Blissoma in the past and I think they're a great company. Pure is an unscented moisturizer that's specifically designed for sensitive skin and picky complexions. The dropper bottle doesn't seem like the best packaging for this - I can't seem to get the dropper to pick up any product - but I'm excited to try it nonetheless. The 0.5 ounce sample is a great size too!
The Bottom Line
Petit Vour is certainly ending the year with a bang! I love that this box included both brands I'm familiar with and new-to-me companies, and I'm genuinely excited to use all four of these items.
Petit Vour boxes retail for $15 (US) / $23 (Canada) and individual products can also be bought in the Petit Vour shop.

Ooh this is a good box! I'm yet to try meow meow tweet although I've heard lots of praise. I'm with you on the branding of the polish... not quite sure what they're trying to 'get at' there and I know I personally never try to get my 'inner rich bitch' out!! Weird.

Yes, exactly! The actual polish is quite nice though :)
DeleteLovely picks! I'd love to try Meow Meow Tweet, Blissoma, and the packaging on Trust Fund Beauty is gorgeous. I definitely want to try Petit Vour.
ReplyDeleteIt was a great box for sure! I definitely think Petit Vour is one of the few sub boxes that's worth signing up for :)
DeleteLooks like a great box as always! Agree with you about the tagline of that nail polish though, but it looks like a nice shade! Sad that they've stopped shipping the monthly boxes internationally now :( x
ReplyDeleteOh no, I hadn't heard they'd stopped shipping internationally! That's a shame :( I just saw on their Instagram that it's because of restrictions around shipping nail polish overseas. Hopefully they'll find a way to reintroduce the international boxes in the future!
Deleteooh this looks nice! I might have broken down yesterday and signed up to get the next box :) I got the spring blush kit from everyday minerals and they do have some really nice blushes but some of them are too light to be blush on me!
ReplyDeleteOooo nice! Petit Vour has been doing sneak peeks on Instagram this week and I think January and February's boxes are going to be good ones.
DeleteI was looking at the blushes on the Everyday Minerals website the other day and I thought that some of them looked really light! This color is great though :)
