    Hello,
    I just read your NMDL routine and found your terrific blog.
    I notice you use acure shampoo and conditioner which I've been wanting to try. Can you recommend a source for a fellow Canadian with an intense dislike of exorbitant shipping costs?

      I hate paying a lot for shipping too! I usually order mine from iherb. It's discounted from Acure's retail price, plus they have $4 flat rate shipping to Canada. They also regularly do promotions for free shipping over $40. And, you can use a referral code (mine is ITI429, but there are tons of them floating around) for $5-10 off your first order. I've also ordered it from Vitacost, but their shipping does cost a bit more.
