I saw this on Swatch Storm's blog over the weekend and it looked like fun, so I thought I'd give it a whirl :)
SKINCARE
How many times do you wash your face daily?
Two, morning and night.
What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
Combo.
What is your current facial wash?
Young Living Valor Bar Soap.
Do you exfoliate?
Yup. Probably not as often as I should though.
What brand do you use?
I've been experimenting with homemade scrubs lately.
What moisturizer do you use?
Young Living Boswellia Wrinkle Cream.
Do you have freckles?
On my nose and cheeks. I also get freckles on my shoulders and arms in the summer.
Do you use eye cream?
Not at the moment. I've been looking for a new one, but for the time being I just make sure to apply my moisturizer around the eyes.
Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
Still am a bit acne prone, but it's a lot better than it used to be.
Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
Never!
MAKE-UP
What foundation do you use?
I don't usually wear foundation.
How about concealer?
Silk Naturals' Sleep in a Jar Undereye Concealer. It works surprisingly well on the occasional blemish too.
Do you know your undertone color?
Not 100% sure. I think mainly cool/pink.
What do you think of fake eyelashes?
They can look amazing with the right look, but I've never actually worn them myself. I usually wear glasses, so I feel like they'd just be banging up against the lenses and getting in the way!
Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months?
Indeed. I usually am bad though and stretch it a little longer.
What brand of mascara do you use?
Zuzuluxe.
Sephora or MAC?
Neither really. Occasionally I'll wander through Sephora, but I don't do much shopping at either.
Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
Nope.
What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Mostly brushes. Fingers for things like eye shadow primer and cream shadows.
Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes. Recently I've been liking Detrivore's eye shadow primer.
For the face?
Not unless a moisturizer counts.
What is your favorite eyeshadow?
This is a tough one, just because it changes so often. Recently I've been loving Concrete Mineral's Blitzkrieg.
Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Pencil sometimes. Usually I just use eye shadow as liner, either dry or foiled.
How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
Not very often. From past experience, I'm usually fairly cautious about eyeliner pencils these days.
What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
Love them.
Do you use mineral makeup?
Definitely. Most of my makeup is mineral makeup.
What is your favorite lipstick?
Zuzuluxe...far too hard to pick a particular color though!
How about lipgloss?
I've been loving Silk Naturals' Shrieking Violet lately.
What is your favorite blush to use?
I don't wear blush very often.
Do you buy your makeup on Ebay?
I'm not opposed to it, but I don't think I ever have.
Do you like drugstore makeup?
I don't usually find products at the drugstore, but if I do, it's fantastic!
Do you go to CCO's?
We don't have CCO's in Canada.
Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
No. Makeup is fun as something I play around with on myself and I'm always happy to learn more, but classes have never really interested me.

Are you clumsy in putting on makeup?
Sometimes I feel like I am. Not so much in the dropping things way, but in the way that looks will sometimes turn out looking sloppy or just not the way I wanted them to look.
Name a makeup crime that you hate?
Too thin eyebrows. Especially when it looks like the person has no actual brows, just a thin line drawn in pencil.
Do you like colorful shades of makeup or neutral ones?
Both, depending on the occasion. I'm not always confident I can pull off the more colorful shades though.
Which celebrity always has great make up? I like the fresh faced looks Lauren Conrad usually sports. Also Keira Knightley and Kristen Bell usually have great makeup.
If you could leave the house using just one make up item,what would you use?
Undereye concealer. Unless lipbalm counts as makeup, then I'd have to say lipbalm.
Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
Sure. I do sometimes.
Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
Most of the time. I tend to think I look better with makeup on, but still fine without any.
In your opinion, what is the best makeup line?
I don't think I have a favorite makeup line.
What do you think of Makeup?
It can be a great way of expressing yourself and I think it's loads of fun to play around with, so long as you don't become dependent on it to the point of being unable to leave the house with a bare face.
